VIB proudly supports Soapbox Science Brussels, a public outreach platform dedicated to bringing cutting-edge science to the streets, transforming public spaces into arenas for scientific debate. It aims to promote the incredible work of scientists, especially women, non-binary, and underrepresented groups in STEMM. With no slides, screens, or technical barriers, Soapbox Science events transform public spaces into arenas for learning, debate, and curiosity, drawing inspiration from London Hyde Park's Speaker's Corner, a historic hub for public discourse.
