At VIB, we offer a competitive and transparent compensation package tailored to your role, experience, and seniority. Our salary system is structured by function classification and aligned with market standards.
On top of this competitive salary, we offer the following benefits
- End-of-the-year bonus, an additional full month’s pay in December (reference period = employment in the current calendar year)
- Holiday bonus, 0,92% of your monthly salary (paid in June; reference period = employment during the previous calendar year)
