The building consists of multi-user area and 24 units of approximately 2,700 sq.ft. each. The multi-user area includes meeting rooms, kitchen, canteen, and reception, including a receptionist. Each unit consists of:
- 6 to 7 air-conditioned laboratories, conforming to bio-safety Class 2 activities and easily upgradable to bio-safety Class 3 activities
- air-conditioned offices
- 1 incubator room
- 1 cold room
- separated air purifier and drainage of water
- internet connection
- wet space
- high flexibility for changing offices to lab space and vice versa
Tenants can get access to one or more units on flexible terms.
The bio-incubator has all necessary environmental permits.
