VIB's group leader committee
The primary mission of VIB's group leader committee (GLC) is to assist in defining and implementing an institutional scientific strategy. The major aim is to ensure that VIB is an optimal place in which to be a group leader and to perform cutting-edge science at an internationally competitive level.
The GLC consists of one group leader from each department and the associated VIB-groups. Every two years a new GLC is elected. Mark Veugelers (Integration Manager) from VIB Headquarters also attends the meetings.
The GLC members are:
