The VIB MicroArray Facility (MAF) is organizing a new user meeting, this time focusing on miRNA expression analysis. Other topics covered are: AGRONOMICS1, a new tiling array for Arabidopsis, DamID, an alternative for ChIP-chip, Breast cancer gene expression profiling, Toxicogenomics, Gene regulatory networks, nCounter® analysis system, and many more.
